Last year, we partnered with another consultancy to deliver the client’s strategic goal by implementing an enterprise-level business transformation initiative a quality management system. Our consultant developed enterprise-level business blueprints that provided a description of what the client does “On a page” with a supporting catalog of descriptions that explained elements in the models. They also produced a heatmap view of the blueprints, highlighting areas of potential opportunity across the business. Additionally, an opportunity assessment document was produced that outlined a view of priority areas that are candidates for streamlining, rationalisation, and standardisation from capability, process, procedure, and ways of working perspective.
